Nestled in a 40-acre coffee estate in Chikkamagalur, at the foothills of Mullahangiri Hills, this development offers a serene natural backdrop for its various built forms, including a Clubhouse, Single Villas, Twin Villas, a Spa, a restaurant, and a Treehouse. The design concept seamlessly integrates these structures into the existing landscape, aiming for a cohesive and sustainable project that blurs the boundaries between the built and natural environments. The buildings' surfaces are rendered with earthy, rustic materials to accentuate their contemporary forms, utilizing local materials whenever possible.
