The project

This residence embodies the principles of inward-looking design, where the architecture focuses on internal spaces due to the surrounding context. Upon entry, you're welcomed by a double-height living area that flows into an internal courtyard, seamlessly connecting the dining and open kitchen. Upstairs, the passages overlook these double-height spaces, offering visual continuity between floors. The design also features a courtyard on one side, allowing abundant natural light and ventilation to fill the interiors. This thoughtful layout enhances the sense of openness while maintaining a strong connection between the various living spaces.
