We refreshed OBC's identity, creating a sophisticated wordmark and monogram, developing a refined color palette, and updating all brand touchpoints.
Reimagining tradition for luxury market positioning
Our challenge was to revitalize OBC's brand identity to reflect their status as a luxury boutique firm specializing in high-end homes and restaurants. We began by analyzing their existing brand elements, particularly the sketch of a street elevation that held sentimental value. Our process involved extensive research into luxury branding within the construction and interior design sectors.
We explored various typography options, seeking a delicate, ornate font that would convey sophistication. Multiple iterations of the wordmark and monogram were developed, always ensuring the retention of the iconic sketch in the full version. We carefully crafted a color palette that would position OBC firmly in the luxury segment.
